Railway Signalling and Telecommunications Cables

The cables are designed for the transmission of analogue and digital data, to places with a higher risk of fire and a large concentration of people, where there is no requirement to maintain the functionality of the entire cable installation in the event of fire. In case of fire, the cable releases a small amount of heat and smoke. The cables are UV-resistant and water resistant AD1 - AD7

Design

This product consists of:

    Copper conductor, round solid (RE)
  • 2
    Core insulation (halogen-free polymer compound), cores stranded to pair
  • 3
    Inner covering (dielectric, separating tape)
  • 4
    Screen (plastic laminated aluminium tape with CuSn drainwire)
  • 5
    Inner covering (halogen-free filling compound)
  • 6
    Sheath (halogen-free polymer compound, orange, UV resistant, water resistant)
